• Please keep the original packaging: Ensure the product is returned in its original brand packaging, unused, and in the same condition as when you received it.

What Happens Next:

1. Tell us what you want: Whether you’d prefer a refund, exchange, or return, just let us know!
2. Send the product back: Once we receive it, we’ll inspect it to ensure it meets our criteria to let you know if the refund was approved or not.
3. We’ll make it right: If everything checks out, we’ll process your request within 7-10 business days—whether that’s issuing a refund or sending out an exchange.
